Get Support

We are currently only accepting referrals into the MAP program from physicians at our NYC Pilot research partner sites. If you have recently been diagnosed and need support, call CaringKind at (646) 744-2900 or visit online at today.

My neurologist referred me to MAP. What do I do now?

Once we receive information from your neurologist, we will email you to set up a time to talk. If you are eligible for the program, we can then match you with an Advocate who is similar to you.

Is it private? Is it safe?

Yes. We will protect your information and your privacy. Your details will only be shared with an Advocate once we have talked and have your permission.

What is the cost?

There is no cost. The Advocates do what they do on a volunteer basis. We are a non-profit organization funded by donations and sponsorships.
